H05RR-F Rubber Flexible Cable — 300/500V (BS EN 50525-2-21)

H05RR-F is a harmonised light-to-medium duty flexible rubber cable rated at 300/500V for domestic appliances, extension leads, and portable equipment in dry or occasionally damp conditions. Fine-wire copper conductors insulated and sheathed with vulcanised natural rubber offer a softer feel and greater flexibility than PVC alternatives.

Manufactured to BS EN 50525-2-21 (formerly HD 22.4), H05RR-F is available in 2-core and 3-core configurations with cross-sections from 0.75 mm² to 4 mm².

Selection Guide

H05RR-F vs H05RN-F

Both share 300/500V rating. H05RR-F uses natural rubber sheath — softer but less oil-resistant than H05RN-F (neoprene sheath). Choose H05RN-F for oil-exposed environments; H05RR-F where maximum softness and flexibility matter.
