The BHB2 series 2-pin 600V DC / AC bulkhead power connectors are designed for battery-to-motor and battery-to-electronics power connections in underwater vehicles, subsea battery packs, and ROV power distribution systems. The 2-pin configuration provides a dedicated positive and negative power circuit in a single wet-mate connector — eliminating the need for two separate single-contact connectors and reducing connection time during ROV deployment operations. Rated at 600V DC/AC with current capacity up to 120A per contact, these connectors support mid-class electric ROV, AUV, and underwater drone power systems.
The bulkhead (BH) mounting variant is designed for panel, housing, or frame installation — the threaded flange provides a pressure-sealed bulkhead penetration rated to 4,000 m (400 bar). The female (F) and male (M) body variants are mated together: the BHB2F female accepts the BHB2M male pin insert. Gold-plated contacts throughout; EPDM O-ring face seal; anodised aluminium alloy body.

The BHB2F is a SubConn Power Battery Series bulkhead connector featuring 2 gold-plated contacts rated for 600 V DC/AC rms at 25 A per contact (50 A max per connector). Chloroprene rubber body and nitrile O-ring seal enable wet-mate panel feed-through at 300 bar depth with >500 mating cycles. Bulkhead female for ROV frames and subsea enclosures.
