Multi-stranded Class 5 flexible PVC insulated electric wire for power cable applications. Fine-stranded copper, 300/500V, multiple cross-sections. For flexible power wiring, equipment leads, and panel wiring.
Multi-stranded flexible PVC electric wire uses Class 5 fine-stranded copper conductors to provide the flexibility needed for equipment internal wiring, flexible power leads, and panel internal connections where solid or coarsely stranded wire would be impractical to route. The fine stranding distributes the conductor cross-section across many small wires — each wire bends freely, and the aggregate flexibility of hundreds of wires in parallel is far greater than a single solid conductor of the same total cross-section.
PVC insulation provides reliable 300/500V rated insulation with good mechanical protection, resistance to common industrial chemicals, and the colour coding needed for conductor identification throughout the installation.

Class 5 conductors are flexible enough for panel wiring, routing around corners, and equipment internal wiring that is installed once and not repeatedly flexed. For the majority of flexible wiring applications, Class 5 is the appropriate and economical choice.
Class 6 is required only when the cable must withstand repeated flexing — drag chain duty, robotic arm wiring, festoon systems, or connections to moving parts. For static installations dressed neatly in a panel, Class 6 offers no practical benefit over Class 5 and costs more.
