Super flexible RV type PVC insulated copper wire 25mm². 300/500V, extremely fine-stranded Class 6 conductor. For battery interconnects, flexible power connections, and high-current flexible wiring.
The RV (or H05V-K equivalent at higher cross-section) super flexible wire uses an extremely fine-stranded Class 6 copper conductor — hundreds of ultra-fine wire strands twisted together to give the minimum possible bend radius and maximum flexibility at the 25mm² cross-section. At this size, a standard Class 2 stranded conductor would require significant force to bend around a corner; the Class 6 construction bends freely with hand pressure alone.
This makes super flexible wire the right choice for battery terminal connections, generator output tails, inverter connections, and any high-current flexible power connection where a stiff cable would put mechanical stress on terminals or be difficult to route in the available space.
| Parameter | Value |

A stiff 25mm² cable exerts significant spring-back force on the terminal lug or bus connection. Over time this force works the terminal loose — a common cause of high-resistance joints at busbar connections and battery terminals. Class 6 flexibility eliminates this spring-back force, maintaining secure terminal contact throughout service life.
