OEM Customized Drum Reeling Cable | Flexible Rubber & PUR Crane Cable

OEM customized drum reeling cables engineered to your specification — conductor size, core count, sheath material, bus integration. Rubber or PUR, 0.6/1 kV, tensile to 30 N/mm². Factory direct.

OEM Customized Drum Reeling Cable

Our OEM drum reeling cable programme delivers cables engineered precisely to your crane, hoist, or mobile equipment specification. From conductor cross-section and core count through to sheath compound, bus cable integration, and fibre-optic cores — every parameter is configurable.

All OEM designs are manufactured to DIN VDE 0250-814 construction principles with class FS copper conductors, anti-torsion braid, and EPR insulation as standard. Rubber (PCP) or PUR halogen-free outer sheaths are available depending on application environment.

Key Design Features

  • Fully bespoke conductor size: 1.5 mm² up to 300 mm² per core
  • Core count: 1-core to 56-core and combined power + control configurations
  • Anti-torsion polyester braid between inner and outer sheaths — vulcanized bond
  • Very finely stranded class FS copper for maximum flex cycle life
  • EPR (PROTOLON compound) insulation — high flexibility at low temperatures
  • Rubber (PCP) sheath: tensile 30 N/mm², travel speed up to 240 m/min
  • PUR halogen-free sheath: water resistant to 50 m depth, IEC 60332-1 flame rated
  • Optional: aramid support element, integrated bus pairs, fibre-optic cores

Why Our OEM Reeling Cables Outperform Generic Types

Engineering Collaboration

Our team reviews reel drum diameter, maximum cable length, travel speed, and tensile requirements to confirm the correct conductor class and anti-torsion braid specification before manufacture.

Bus Cable Integration

Profibus, CAN-Bus, ASI, and Industrial Ethernet pairs can be embedded within the same cable jacket — eliminating the need for a separate signal cable on the reel.

Temperature Extremes

Standard specification covers −35 °C flexible operation; Arctic-grade designs with −45 °C cold flexibility are available on request.

Full Documentation

Test reports, cross-section drawings, and production batch traceability supplied with every OEM order.
